Terms of Service
By booking a ticket on this website you agree to the booking and carriage terms below. These terms supplement the rights you already have under Malaysian consumer-protection law.
1. Booking & e-tickets
- Tickets are issued in the buyer's name. The boarding QR is single-use; transfer requires our written approval.
- You must complete the per-passenger check-in (NRIC / passport, nationality) before boarding. Boarding may be denied if details are missing or inaccurate.
2. Boarding & arrival
- Arrive at Tanjung Gemok jetty at least 45 minutes before departure. Boarding closes at scheduled departure time.
- For the return leg, arrive at your Tioman pick-up jetty 1 hour before departure.
3. Identification
Passengers aged 12 and above must present a valid NRIC (Malaysian) or passport (foreign). Children under 12 may sail on a parent's NRIC; infants under 2 sit on a parent's lap and travel free.
4. Weather & cancellation by us
Sailings are subject to weather and Marine Department clearance. If we cancel a sailing for safety reasons we will offer a free reschedule or a full refund — see the Refund Policy.

6. Carriage & baggage
Each passenger may bring one carry-on (≤7kg) plus one large bag (≤20kg). Hazardous goods, glass containers, and live animals (other than registered service animals) are not permitted.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased except where Malaysian law imposes higher minimums (passenger injury, gross negligence). We carry the insurance cover required by Malaysian Marine Department licensing.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any dispute is subject to the courts of Pahang Darul Makmur.
