Not necessarily. Check your email spam folder and look for emails from @tiomanspeedboat.com. If still not found, contact us with your name, travel date, and approximate booking date — we can locate the booking from our end.
Can I board without my printed ticket?
Yes, if your booking exists in our system. At the Tanjung Gemok jetty counter, show your original IC or passport for identity verification. Counter staff will look up your booking and provide a boarding pass.
I forgot the email I used to book. How do I recover my booking?
Contact our team at +60 19-830 1228 with your booking reference (if known), passenger names, travel date, and any other identifying details. Identity verification will be required before we disclose booking information.
My booking confirmation email looks suspicious. Is it real?
Legitimate Tioman SpeedBoat emails come from @tiomanspeedboat.com. If your email comes from a different domain or contains unusual formatting, it may be from a third-party reseller or a scam. Forward it to [email protected] for verification.
I think I made a duplicate booking. How do I check?
Visit /manage/ with each booking reference, or contact us with your email or phone number and we can check all bookings under your name. Duplicates can be cancelled with a refund, subject to our refund policy.
My sailing is in 2 hours and I can't find my ticket. What do I do?
Go directly to Tanjung Gemok jetty with your original IC or passport. Counter staff will look up your booking and provide a boarding pass. Allow 30 minutes for verification during peak times. Call +60 19-830 1228 if you are still travelling to the jetty.
