Tioman Island stops

Five jetties served on the outbound route

Stops are made in sequence as the speedboat tracks the western coast of Tioman from south to north. You will be dropped off at the jetty you selected during booking.

  1. 1

    Kampung Genting South-western Tioman

The closest jetty to Tanjung Gemok and typically the first stop. Genting is known for family resorts, quiet bays, and a relaxed atmosphere. Suited to travellers seeking a peaceful base.

  2. 2

    Kampung Paya South coast

Famous for shallow reef snorkelling directly accessible from the beach, beachfront resorts, and calm waters. Popular with families and snorkelling-focused travellers.

  3. 3

    Kampung Tekek Central Tioman

The island's main administrative hub. Tekek hosts duty-free shopping arcades, the Tioman Airport, banks, ATMs, clinics, the largest concentration of accommodation, and connections to other parts of the island via foot, bicycle, or 4WD taxi.

  4. 4

    Air Batang (ABC) West coast

Located just north of Tekek. ABC is favoured by backpackers and budget travellers, with affordable chalets, casual beachfront cafés, and a notably chilled-out vibe.

  5. 5

    Kampung Salang North-western Tioman

The final stop on outbound sailings. Salang is home to most of Tioman's PADI dive operators, lively beach bars, and direct access to popular dive sites including Coral Island, Renggis Island, and Soyak Reef.
